What's up with the name?
The name of the company, "TwinTree Productions" was inspired by an actual tree. It has a single base; which then divides into two nearly symmetrical halves that together form one tree. A tree like this is a rare occurrence in nature, and an amazing sight to see. This one in particular, has certainly been the source of visions that have helped define the company. The many branches represent the many types of projects I am interested in providing services for.
Credentials
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications from Portland State University (1985) plus Master level coursework. Extensive coursework there in both the art of film making through the Center for the Moving Image (late 70's) and the Sociology of film. I also took film studies coursework at the University of Oregon in Eugene Oregon.
Work experience
Teacher/Video Production assistant for a project developed by the University of Portland and the Clackamas County Commission for Children and Families aimed at helping at-risk youth to deal with crisis issues in their lives by teaching them how to make videos about them with their peers.
